ws-1493_m.jpgFor the Switzer Revisits the Classics Collection, William Switzer‘s son Allan updated this 18th Century console with a special acid etching process for the solid, hand-carved pinewood base. The solid pinewood top has been covered with twenty-five layers of fine chartreuse lacquer, completing the transitional, 21st Century look.

Exquisitely hand carved Italian Rococo console table reproduced from the original in our collection from Palazzo Capponi in Florence, Italy.

Thin surfaces and slender supports help the aptly named Outline group of office furnishings to evoke the silhouette of a one-dimensional rendering. The PearsonLloyd studio has created an airy, orderly feel through the use of maple, cherry or walnut, in nine standard finishes, which are pitted against aluminum accents.

Outline integrates architecture and technology to address the changing needs of the office by providing solutions that work within the framework of today’s smaller, more flexible workspace. Outline displays a weightless aesthetic by combining wood and polished aluminum components in the design of modular units and accessories. bernhardtdesign
