Winner of Victorian Housing Award

This is one of Glenneagles finest and most successful projects. The challenge was to transform the existing run down home into four double-story townhouses that capitalise the lovely views of Menzies Park to the north. The townhouses are built side by side, on a sloping hill. Each town house is stepped up from the other, creating a terrace feel, whilst maintaining privacy. All townhouses have glass-screened top floor balconies allowing stunning park views, and rear courtyard fences providing direct access to the park. The whole development blends wonderfully into the streetscape, and each townhouse maximises space and light.
